Welcome to the Detroit Power Squadron teaching safe boating since 1916.
Detroit Power  Squadron offers frequent Boat Smart® public boating classes throughout the year.  USPS members help the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration, NOAA, through the CO-OP Charting Program to keep nautical charts up to date, they cooperate with the US Coast Guard and American Red Cross for Safe Boating Week, and with the US Coast Guard for Vessel Safety Checks.
